How does the AI CV parsing work?+
Every uploaded resume runs through OCR (Tesseract for images, native parsing for PDFs and DOCX) and then through GPT to extract structured fields — name, email, phone, years of experience, tech stack, LinkedIn, GitHub. We also auto-classify the candidate to a standard role taxonomy.
Can I use my own domain for the career page?+
Yes. Each company gets a branded board at /jobs/{your-slug}. Pointing a custom subdomain (e.g. careers.yourcompany.com) is supported.
Is my data isolated from other companies?+
Yes. Every record is scoped by companyId at the database layer — queries simply can't reach another tenant. Sessions are httpOnly cookies and we use server-side auth for every request.
Do you support team roles?+
Admin, recruiter, and member roles are built in. Admins can invite teammates and configure billing. We track last-active per user with a green dot indicator.
